Mit ein paar Bohnen, Tomaten &#8230;. gelingt eine schnelle Gem\u00fcsepfanne<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Etwas Butter oder \u00d6l<\/li>\n<li>Bohnen und Kartoffeln<\/li>\n<li>ein paar Eier<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00fcrze: Frischer Dill und\/oder Basilikum<\/li>\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pellkartoffeln k\u00f6cheln, die letzten Minuten einfach die Bohnen dazu geben (sie sollen bissfest bleiben)<\/p>\n<p>Tomatenscheiben in einer Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l leicht anbraten. Dann die nicht gepellten aber in Scheiben geschnittenen Kartoffeln + Bohnen \u00a0dazugeben. Ein paar Eier einfach dazu &#8222;schlagen&#8220;. Salz \u00a0und Pfeffer nat\u00fcrlich auch.<\/p>\n<p>Sind die Eier durch (so wie Sie pers\u00f6nlich Spiegeleier m\u00f6gen) kommt noch Dill und \/ oder Basilikum dazu.<\/p>\n<p>Fertig<\/p>\n<p>Guten Appetit<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jetzt im August sind so viele Gem\u00fcse im Garten reif.
