Zutaten<\/strong>: \u00c4pfel, Zitronensaft, Wasser<\/p>\n

Zubereitung<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. Fallobst sammeln<\/li>\n
  2. Schlechte Stellen rausschneiden<\/li>\n
  3. \u00c4pfel in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n
  4. Bei der Verwendung einer Flotten Lotte m\u00fcssen die \u00c4pfel nicht gesch\u00e4lt werden<\/li>\n
  5. Apfelst\u00fccke mit Wasser und Zitronensaft (bei 2 kg \u00c4pfel ca. eine halbe Zitrone) in einem Topf erhitzen, einmal aufkochen lassen<\/li>\n
  6. Unter h\u00e4ufigem Umr\u00fchren, je nach Apfelsorte, 15 bis 25 Minuten weichkochen<\/li>\n
  7. Mit Hilfe einer Flotten Lotte oder einem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren<\/li>\n
  8. Das sehr hei\u00dfe Fruchtmus in kleine Gl\u00e4ser mit Schraubverschluss abf\u00fcllen<\/li>\n
  9. Ca. 10 Minuten kopf\u00fcber abk\u00fchlen lassen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
