Nach einer zweimonatigen Pilotphase stellten die Initiatoren Isabel und Michael Haufe am Freitag ihr 13 Millionen Euro teures Projekt vor. Dazu beizutragen, Menschen zu Ver\u00e4nderungen zu bewegen, das ist die Philosophie der beiden Protagonisten der teamgeist AG. Ihr Herzensprojekt ist das nun offiziell er\u00f6ffnete \u201e360 Grad Teamgeist Resort\u201c in Kolberg auf dem Gel\u00e4nde, des ehemaligen Strandcasinos im Naturpark Dahme-Heideseen.<\/p>\n

Raus aus der Routine, rein ins Abenteuer. Getreu diesem Motto zielt das von Direktor Aaron Backhaus gef\u00fchrte Haus vor allem auf flexibles und agiles Arbeiten ab. Daf\u00fcr stehen unter anderem Meetingr\u00e4ume und 99 Betten, die sich auf 23 Appartements f\u00fcr bis zu 12 Personen verteilen, zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n

Heidesee-B\u00fcrgermeister Bj\u00f6rn Langner w\u00fcnschte dem Investoren-Ehepaar zur Er\u00f6ffnung eine gute Auslastung und zufriedene G\u00e4ste.<\/p>\n

Michael Haufe gr\u00fcndete Teamgeist 1992. Kolberg war und bleibt der Sitz der heutigen Aktiengesellschaft mit ihren 12 regionalen Standorten und mehr als 120 Mitarbeitern. Das Resort ist die bauliche H\u00fclle f\u00fcr unsere innovativen Aktivit\u00e4ten. In dem Hotel finden Firmen nicht nur ideale R\u00e4umlichkeiten, sondern auch ein Netzwerk aus Trainerinnen und Coaches mit ma\u00dfgeschneiderten Formaten f\u00fcr die Unternehmensentwicklung vor.<\/p>\n
