Unser Naturparkpartner, die Gl\u00e4serne Molkerei, startet mit einer starken Innovation ins neue Jahr: hellWACH, der erste Bio-MoPro-Drink mit nat\u00fcrlichem Koffein, erweitert das Sortiment und er\u00f6ffnet eine v\u00f6llig neue Kategorie zwischen Kaffee- und Energy-Alternativen. Der Drink kombiniert echte Bio-Fruchts\u00e4fte, fermentiertes Milch-Permeat und nat\u00fcrliches Koffein zu einem modernen, funktionalen Erfrischungsgetr\u00e4nk. Die Basis bildet Permeat \u2013 ein bislang wenig beachtetes Nebenprodukt der Milchverarbeitung, das die Gl\u00e4serne Molkerei fermentiert und veredelt. Das Ergebnis ist ein leicht bek\u00f6mmlicher, erfrischender Bio-Drink mit 33 mg Koffein pro 100 ml, frei von k\u00fcnstlichen Zus\u00e4tzen und Aromen.<\/p>\n
