Wie in den Vorjahren wird wieder ein \u201egeschm\u00fccktes Weihnachtsdorf\u201c, mit einer gro\u00dfen Taverne als Mittelpunkt, auf dem Olper Marktplatz aufgebaut. Doch dieses Jahr hat sich das\u00a0Stadtmarketingverein Olpe Aktiv e. V. eine Besonderheit ausgedacht und den Weihnachtsmarkt auf zwei Wochen verl\u00e4ngert.<\/p>\n

Die Besucher k\u00f6nnen sich auf ein vielseitiges Angebot an Geschenkartikeln freuen: Gro\u00dfe Weihnachtsfiguren, Weihnachtskrippen, Schmuck, Karten, Floristik, Kerzen, Kunsthandwerk, Korbwaren, Glas und Porzellan, Holz- und Wollartikel, Blechspielzeug, Selbstgebasteltes und vieles mehr. Neben historischen Handwerkern sind auch heimische K\u00fcnstler und Handwerker – wie zum Beispiel Martin Butzkamm mit seinen handgefertigten Krippen und Figuren – auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt vertreten.<\/p>\n

Heimische Vereine \u2013 viele darunter karikativ – und Schulen bieten neben s\u00fc\u00dfen Leckereien und Punsch auch weihnachtliche Geschenkartikel und Selbstgebasteltes. Der Besucher wird traditionell durch ein Dorf, geschm\u00fcckt mit Tannengr\u00fcn, H\u00e4ckselgut und Strohballen, geleitet.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr das leibliche Wohl ist ebenfalls bestens gesorgt. So gibt es kulinarische Spezialit\u00e4ten vom Grill bis zu s\u00fc\u00dfen Schlemmereien. Eine gro\u00dfe historische Taverne mit Lagerfeuer l\u00e4dt zum Verweilen ein.<\/p>\n

Am Samstag und Sonntag bringt der Nikolaus bei Anbruch der D\u00e4mmerung kleine Geschenke f\u00fcr die anwesenden Kinder. Ein stimmungsvolles B\u00fchnenprogramm rundet mit den unterschiedlichsten musikalischen Beitr\u00e4gen, Gauklereien und Feuershows den beliebten Olper Weihnachtsmarkt ab.<\/p>\n

Au\u00dferdem wird der\u00a0Weihnachtsmarkt von tollen Sonderaktionen des Olper Einzelhandels umrahmt. \u00dcber 100 Fachgesch\u00e4fte haben am 1. und 2. langen Adventssamstag mindestens bis 18.00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet und laden zum Shoppen und St\u00f6bern ein. Am Sonntag, 10.12., sind die Gesch\u00e4fte ebenfalls ab 13.00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
