B. auf dem Gewerkenweg Brilon-Olsberg mit Begleitung durch den Heimatbund Olsberg kennenlernen (\u201eKumpel und Pingen\u201c), beim Yoga in der Natur entspannen (\u201eBreathWalk\u201c) oder bei Familienwanderungen in Olsberg-Helmeringhausen (\u201eSpuren im Wald\u201c) und Brilon (\u201eAuf den Spuren der Briloner Waldfee\u201c) informative Anregungen \u00fcber den Naturraum erhalten.
