Seit einigen Jahrzehnten breitet sich die w\u00e4rmeliebende Gottesanbeterin (Mantis religiosa<\/em>) in Deutschland aus. Die nach der Roten Liste f\u00fcr Deutschland als \u201egef\u00e4hrdet\u201c eingestufte Art, kann aufgrund der klimatischen Erw\u00e4rmung zunehmend passende Lebensr\u00e4ume besiedeln. Das Hauptverbreitungsgebiet liegt in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, im s\u00fcdlichen Rheinland-Pfalz und neuerdings auch Sachsen. Die Biologin Catherine Linn wird \u00fcber die Lebensweise, das Vorkommen und die Herkunft dieser besonders gesch\u00fctzten Fangschrecke in Deutschland berichten.<\/p>\n
