Die Freiwilligenkoordinator*innen auf Burg F\u00fcrsteneck \u00a9 NNL e. V.<\/p><\/div>\n

Die Freiwilligenkoordinator*innen der Nationalen Naturlandschaften trafen sich vom 3. bis 5. November 2025 in der Akademie Burg F\u00fcrsteneck in Hessen zu ihrer Jahrestagung \u2013 passend zum Internationalen Tag des Freiwilligenmanagements am 5. November. Fachkr\u00e4fte aus Naturparken, Nationalparken, Biosph\u00e4renreservaten und einem Wildnisgebiet tauschten sich dort \u00fcber Methoden, Erfahrungen und die Weiterentwicklung des bundesweiten Freiwilligenprogramms \u201eEhrensache Natur\u201c aus.<\/p>\n

Im Mittelpunkt des Treffens stand, die Qualit\u00e4t im Freiwilligenmanagement zu sichern, die Zusammenarbeit zu st\u00e4rken und attraktive Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Ehrenamtliche zu erhalten. Freiwilligenmanager*innen sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass Engagement in Schutzgebieten gut geplant und begleitet wird \u2013 von Einsatzplanung \u00fcber Einf\u00fchrung und Anleitung bis zur Anerkennung der Freiwilligen.<\/p>\n

Seit 2021 koordinieren der Verband Deutscher Naturparke e. V. und Nationale Naturlandschaften e. V. gemeinsam das Freiwilligenprogramm, an dem inzwischen 30 Naturparke, 13 Nationalparke, 13 Biosph\u00e4renreservate und ein Wildnisgebiet beteiligt sind. Vertreter beider Verb\u00e4nde betonten die Bedeutung der professionellen Koordination f\u00fcr Natur, Artenvielfalt, Klima und Gesellschaft.<\/p>\n

Der Internationale Tag des Freiwilligenmanagements w\u00fcrdigt seit 1999 die Leistungen der Menschen, die hinter den Freiwilligenprojekten stehen und diese erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n
